By using this website, submitting a flight inquiry, requesting a callback, or speaking with our travel desk, you agree to use our service in line with these terms. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Discount Flights Desk. References to “you” mean the person using the website or making an inquiry.
2. Our Service
We provide an online flight search and agent-assisted quote service. Customers can compare estimated flight options and then contact our agents by phone, WhatsApp, email, or inquiry form to request the best available fare.
We do not currently provide instant online payment or automatic ticket confirmation through the website.
3. Flight Search Results
Flight results shown on this website are for search and comparison. Fares, schedules, routes, baggage allowance, aircraft, stops, and availability may change before an agent confirms the final details.
Any fare displayed online should be treated as an estimated fare until confirmed by an agent.
4. Agent Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry does not create a confirmed booking, reservation, ticket, or contract of carriage. A booking is only confirmed after an agent confirms availability, passenger details, fare rules, payment method, and any supplier requirements.
5. Passenger Details
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, dates of birth, passport details, contact details, route choices, and travel dates. Passenger names normally need to match the travel document exactly. Errors may cause airline charges, reissue fees, denied boarding, or cancellation.
6. Prices, Discounts, and Payment
Discounts are subject to route, airline, seat availability, fare class, travel dates, and supplier conditions. A quoted fare may expire quickly. If payment is required later, your agent will explain the available payment process before any booking is completed.
Unless clearly confirmed by an agent, no online price should be understood as a final guaranteed fare.
7. Cancellations and Amendments
Most airline tickets have strict cancellation, change, no-show, and refund rules. Some fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact the agent as early as possible. Airline charges, supplier fees, and service fees may apply.
